Taking somebody to small claims court for credit card fraud?

Have you tried reporting to the credit bureaus that this wasn't your debt, that your identity was stolen? That would be the best place to start and if it was me, I'd have her criminally charged. Mother or not, she committed a crime. You may not think that's right to do, but is what she did right either?
