Do you think this teacher should be sacked?

This art teacher at my previous school used to be really offensive towards and other students in the class he was once couldnt read my writing on one of my projects and he said what in heavens names does that say and he said oh its just cuckoo Lucys work what a surprise and he was bullying me for the whole year and he said to my friend once when she was drawing a tree what are you drawing you hair dog face? He generally puts pupils down and i used to be really scared to come to his lessons but i didnt report him and i wish i had.
