I rear Ended Someone, They claim Medical damage?

Sounds like they are just trying to get your insurance/you to pay out. If they were driving without a license, they were in violation just being on the road; hence I doubt they will want to involve the courts in this. I would inform the supposed attorney that no monies will be forthcoming from either you or your insurance company and you will proceed with legal action if the other 'driver' continues to harass you. The only way to garnish or take property is through the courts.
