One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Book help!?

I have an essay to write..and i know some of the book but not all of it..if anyone ever read the whole novel and can tell me about it that would be fab. I can't use the movie because both the movie and the book are different. If anyone knows how Ken Kesey uses PLOT, PERSPECTIVE and SETTING in the book, this would be greatly appreciated...
