How would handle this situation to those who are expecting?

My cousin who is 18 is sixteen weeks pregnant. Her doctor says she has low protein and noticed a few things off her ultrasound. He is saying it looks like the baby might have down syndrome. She told her mother (my aunt, mom's sister) and she is telling her to get an abortion or give it up for adoption. She is scheduled to get an amino test done in a few weeks to confirm it or not, but my cousin says she wants to have the baby but is afraid that she won't have any family support. I said Id help her as much as I can but I have to daughters to support as well.
