if she has fallen out of love ; and it sounds like she has ; then you cannot fix it . If you keep trying you are likely to alienate her and wind up with nothing. You need to let go ; if she comes back then it was meant to be , if she doesn't then it never was . I'm sorry to say this but it's the simple truth. Ps the train passes through Port ; so she could catch a train to Melbourne ; it would not be a expensive as one would think. If she has Aspergers then she will possibly have a health care card thus reducing the cost even more.
