Ever since High School i've been more insecure and i've been nice to girls all the time but i still act like my self with them everything in my personal likes and what i don't like. Most doctors I have gone to say that yes, it is right after you get off BC that you are most fertile, so if you are planning I would be do ovulation tests starting the day after you have the ring removed and continue each day until you see a positive sign. Overall though, you should just ask his parents because they know him best :)

It was from 13yrs ago. It was for a condo that at the time a friend of mine leased. She got an unlawful detainer & now an attorney stuck the judgement to me. How the Landlord got my name must have been from her. She stays in & out of jail so they came after me for this judgement. I ignored the threats in letters because I never lived there and every letter misspelled my name and it was still misspelled when they attempted it in A.K.A. form. I explained to the judge that I was never a resident there but he said due to this being the basic necessities of life there was nothing he could do. I asked him to at least lower the 25% garnishment to a more feasible amount I can afford being as though i have 4 children to support on my income alone. He denied it due to me asking for an exemption. Its not fair to be stuck with this judgment & I wasn't the one who did it. They can't find her so I'm just s.o.l.? Its obvious anyone can file a judgement with no proof! I even called this greedy crooked attorney & he basically asked me did I know where the girl was and that he can't go back that far to get proof of a signature of mine on a lease. so the other day me and my sister wanted to see if it was true that your armspan is the same as your height and it turns out that my arm span is about 5 inches taller. I am a single mom who has joint custody of my 4 kids ages from 12 to 3 I have a child care issue?

Has anyone dealt with patellafemoral pain syndrome? Aka as Runners Knee Pain. What was your experience? ?

I started getting knee pain back in November 2010 out of nowhere. I had been playing year round basketball 2 years straight and it suddenly came up for no reason. I finally saw a doctor in March who confirmed it was Runners Knee and suggested I take 6 weeks off to heal and also gave me physical therapy to do. I took the 6 weeks off and did the exercise, iced daily, took anti-inflammatories, and strethed 3 times a day. The first day back running my knees were worse than before. I honestly have lost hope my knees will recover, I just work through the pain. (And yes, I have a lot of pain, some days I can barely walk) So you seem lucky to me, but I suggest continuing with the physical therapy if its helping. And if by awkward you mean your knees will sometimes buckle/give out I know what you mean, happens to me occasionally.

Okay, heres the situation, I had a some judgments against me for some medical bills that my insurance did NOT cover...after my divorce, the garnishments were coming in left and right as my ex took off and left me with all the bills. My ex ruined me financially as you can already tell...I just couldn't make it on my own without that second income. I didnt get crap in the divorce!! As fast as I would get garnished for one bill, another would come in, and it all snowballed...It was awful. I have never been in that situation ever. I went without heat for over a year in an effort to get these bills paid, but then I moved out of that state cause I just couldn't keep up with all the bills. I really got ruined financially and of course it all snowballed. I had to do the "Midnight move-out" to get away from it. So, is it legal for a creditor or process server to serve papers at a vacant house AFTER that person has moved far away, and then be charged with a "Failure to Appear" when they were not served face to face? Could I be arrested for a judgement that went unpaid that I had to skip town on?? I do not owe any back taxes. Not Getting Child Support.?

My husband and I have full custody of my stepdaughter and live in Indiana. His ex-wife has not paid child support for almost two years. When we were getting it, it was not regular and she was far behind. When she does have a job, her wages are garnished, but she never holds a job for more than a couple of months at a time. Her county takes her to court every three months because she is an estimated $10,000 behind. However, she just gave birth to welfare baby #4 and, because she is on TANIF, they cannot demand that she pay, although her balance will continue to accumulate. What are our options? A few days ago I did end up throwing up, but it was after working hard all day and I think I just may have been dehydrated, or food poisoning from a burger I had eaten 5-6 hours earlier. I'm very unsure and really would appreciate some help with this. Also I have been a little constipated now and then too. My BM seems to be a little more irregular than usual. Sometimes a little more than normal, usually not less. Could it be stress? Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I don't know, and I'm worried what it could be. Please help! Also: My one uncle has chrome's disease too, but I don't know if that means somehow it could be hereditary and I got it too or something. My paycheck was garnished $300 on 6/3 (will be a total of $600/mo). I received no notification - had to call our payroll office to see where my money went. I can't pay my rent now. I lived in the same apt. for 29 years....my rent went up almost $200 in one month, and after 29 years the new manager said I missed two rent payments (total of $1240) and evicted me. Yeah, that's definitely short man syndrome, and it's the really awkward type since he behaves like a little girl. Your ex probably had an inferiority complex and was extremely uncomfortable with his height. I'd say you really can't blame him for acting that way, but you definitely didn't have to put up with it - tolerating someone trying to steal your place as the woman in the relationship. Most short guys get over it since they have to man up and stop compensating in petty ways, but he didn't reach that point. Handicapped Sister?? Advice?

My little sister is handicapped, she has cerebral palsy and characteristics of downs syndrome. She just had the final part of a two part surgery for leg correction in which they removed the plates and screws leaving her with 22 screw holes and 2 slots where blades were inserted. Everything went fine but now she has to stay bed ridden for a few days until she can walk again, and mind you her walking is not good, never has been. But anyways, as she's gotten older she has become increasingly aware of her condition, (she has a full vocabulary and everything, she speaks well and understands) and she's started to say things like "why am I trapped in this body" "Why was I born handicapped" "I'd rather I'd died instead of been born this way." As her older sister, this is hard. I don't know what to say to her anymore, shes almost 15, she's smaller than normal, her legs are a little atrophied, I mean it's obvious that shes different and it seems like shes become very aware of it this year, probably because she just started middle school and you know how kids are. I just want some advice, how do you comfort someone who's never going to get better? How do you explain the 'why' part. Sometimes I find myself asking God the same questions she asks me. I just wish I had an answer. Any advice. So far I have no idea what to say to her. She's always frustrated because she can't do the things we can do. Child support modification question in missouri?

My child is only 10 months old and just started receiving court ordered child support from his father (Like last week was the first payment after waiting on a response from him since November). My ferret hasn't shown signs of going deaf in the past year we've had her. She is a DEW ferret. 5 or 6 and has adrenal disease fleas and jumpy syndrome. Does my friend's 12-year-old have autism or Asperger's Syndrome?

I recently met my new friend's 12-year-old son, but I seriously thought he was 8 or 9, since he was small for his age. But I noticed that he talks alot and was talking to my husband constantly (and one-sidedly) into the wee hours of the night when we were there. He plays several musical instruments (which he is really good at) and is at the very top in honors in math at his school. He also tends to have a rich vocabulary in his speech. One thing that fascinated me was that he can figure out a rubik's cube in less than a minute! When he plays his instruments he plays one then another and another all within several minutes. He also plays with toys (figurine-type) and makes sounds with them like how a younger kid would. I've noticed that my friend is having a hard time disciplining him, as she would tell him more than once (around 3x) to do something until he finally listens. She'll also tell him constantly not to touch this or that when we all would go on outings. I'm just wondering if these are symptoms of AS or autism? If so, I wish I could somehow help my friend. Hi, i have an 8 year old boxer mix. She was orginally a goo 45 pounds and very healthy and muscular, then she started rapidly losing weight, she go t down to 19 pounds and we took her to the vet and all her blood work was good, they did x-rays and she looked perfectly healthy and all the vet could come up with is that she has irritable bowel syndrome, so they put her on prednisone, famotidine, and tylan powder. it has been maybe 5 or 6 months and i took her to the vet and she weighed 23 pounds so she gained some weight, but you can still see her ribs and her backbone, she is a happy little girl you cant tell shes sick except she acts like shes starving all the time and she gets fed twice a day. so i didnt know if anyone had any ways i could help her gain weight, please and thankyou

I didn't finish part one yet, but i have to read it for my honors lit class next year over the summer for my sophmore year. I don't really understand what is going on, i just past the part where McMurphy came and they are separating accutes and chronics. Spark notes kind of helped, i might not understand it because it is boring or will it become easier to understand as i read. I find it hard to pay attention to it though because i find it so uninteresting so far which may be why i dont understand what is going on!

Hi I have pcos as well and I am a smoker... I have researched and talked to my dr about it. I was told that smoking makes your androgen levels higher. which for a woman with pcos most of the time our androgen levels are already too high.. I have cut down to only 5 a day while working out and taking metformin to regulate my blood sugar. ( she should ask her dr about metformin and if it would work for her) smoking is bad any way that you look at it but I think for someone who already has hormone problems it makes it way worse.

I've had a garnishment placed on my checks for a total of $1000. I paid the collection as soon as I found out about it. Sudden low alcohol intolerance?

the first time i ever drank was about four months ago. i remember that night vividly. i drank 10 beers without any problem(at least while i was drinking them). and i smoked a bit of marijuana. in the morning i threw up two times, but it wasn't that bad. it wasn't really unexpected for me because it was the first time i had ever been wasted. but the next time i wanted to drink, which was about a week later, i opened a beer, took a sip and the taste of the beer made me gag. i could barely finish one can of bud light. after i got a little high, i drank like two more beers and i was fine. but that was all i can handle. only three beers! why could i drink 10 the first time, but barely 3 the next? two nights ago i drank again. the first beer went down easier. and i was getting drunk from the second. i ended up only drinking 3. i couldn't drink anymore. i smoked quite a bit and got a terrible headache and went to sleep. i have a condition called gilbert's syndrome, one possible symptom is alcohol intolerance, but how could that be? i drank 10 drinks my first time, without any problems. now i can barely drink 3.

My husband has an ex wife that he shares a child with. Both live in separte states ( mariland-kids living most of the time, and the father is in california) . If you like to read, then the book is pretty mind bending. It's written from the POV of the Chief with all his paranoid delusions. There are other major differences in the story too. I would recommend reading the book.

In New York State can an employer legally take your pay check and cash it without my signature/authorization?

While at work today I accidentally hit a gutter in a company truck and I have to pay for the replacement of it. When I got back to the shop I went to pick up my pay check and Human Resources said that the owner took it and cashed it. Is that legal? Is it not like a normal check that is in my name that needs my signature? How could he cash it without my authorization? I understand that I have to pay for the damages; Kinda(shouldn't there be company insurance for that kind of thing? My husband's wages have been garnished too much, how do we get the money back?

A couple of months ago, my husband was ordered to pay for a thousand dollar hospital bill via wage garnishment. He is payed weekly, so they have been taking between $150 and $250 for the last 5 weeks. At last count, a little over $1300 had been garnished. My husband thought that was too much, so he stopped by the court house today and asked for an explanation. He was told that because the money is going to a collections agency, the court house first receives the funds from my husband's employer and then sends them on to the collection agency. Only when the collections agency reports that all of the money has been received will the garnishment stop, and because of the delay in getting to the collection agency, more than the specified amount has been garnished. The woman was very curt, and my husband was not given an explanation as to when he would get the money back; if he would have to go after it himself or it be sent to him; or who he would actually have to procure it from (court house or collections agency). I would love some advice on how to proceed here, as the garnishment has affected us dearly and I feel very violated and as if none of the parties involved are particularly concerned with us getting *our* money back (the extra $300), which I feel they never should have been authorized to take. Being that the court house is involved, I'm sure its a legit practice, but for the sake of argument, is it possible that someone has made an error and is not owning up to it?
