It should be an easy fix. On just about all clocks, the hour hand attaches to the hour cylinder with just a friction fit. Since your clock is chiming two hours late, then if the hour hand is pointing at, say, 9 you need to pop it off and push it back on so it's pointing at 7. Now the hour hand is aligned with the chime, but the clock is probably set to the wrong time. Now move the minute hand clockwise until the clock shows the correct time. You're done.
