Please advise me! Help?! I have so much debt I dont know how to start. Already barely surviving...?

Your young get a second job. I'm 50 and had to get a second part time job, it happens and it's only temporary. The taxes you owe to the Gov. can be paid back in payments as long as you call them and make arrangements. As far as other debts pay as much as you can little by little until all payed off. You didn't get into debt over night, so it will take time. Do not create more debt.
