My Brother Has Learning Disabilities and Motivational Problems... Is There Help for Him?

There isn't much you can do. Its sad to hear I know, I dont see what schooling will do if he has those disabilities. I'm condidered rich, (no offense) so I'm not totally sure how to help with expense problems. Also no one in my family has disibilities either.
