Should I keep an electronic journal or a traditional one?

use a traditional on eif you want it to be private or live with people if not and it causes you pain try a program called one note. it's in microsoft office, it's like having your own note book you can look back on anytime. it has dividers and pages that can be as long as you want. unfortunatly you can't a password on it but it will make it easier to keep track of.
