If I enter into a domestic partnership with my boyfriend, would my wages be garnished for his child support?

I have been living with my boyfriend for the past 3 years. We have been debating between getting married or entering into a domestic partnership.I know if we get married there is the option that child support will take part of my paycheck for his obligation, even though I have 2 kids by him too. Would child support be able to affect my wages if we entered into a domestic partnership?
