I've won a (civil) judgment a person, who knows the next procedures?

This is from an outstanding case I won 7 months ago. I just recently had them served again for garnishment of commissions. (escrow officer) I was told they have 15 days to respond. If after those 15 days, if i hav not received a payment; what is my next option? Can I have a bench warrant placed, file some type of document to physically garnish their commission or go after their bank accounts?
