I can't do this anymore?

I am 19 years old, I suffer from aspergers syndrome which is really difficult, I am getting over a breakup, I don't have much confidence now, I've had counselling, I just don't believe anyone cares about me. My aspergers makes my life pretty isolating by making socialisation intense and anxious. My first relationship was lucky because I my ex approached me rather than me approaching her. We clicked but now we broke up as it was a long distance relationship.. My life is really hard right now.
