Ive been trying to conceive could I be pregnant?

I was diagnosed with pcos Poly cystic ovarian syndrome as a teen my periods use 2 b very irregular but now they are regular ive been trying to conceive for the past 2months my last period came 2days early and stopped a day early ive also experienced some white milky discharge no odor my breasts are sore my body temp seems to b high and really bad heartburn could all this mean im pregnant??
