I owe child support in 5 states. Apparently each state does not communicate with the other. ?

No bitter women who think I am a deadbeat! I had to re ask this. Someone quilafied pls answer. My ex moved a lot . The goverment could not find her. So I owe. Can I consolidate these debts, like they do for credit cards ? I guess I should stop giving money on the side, being they garnish my paycheck. But the kids need it. I even paid off her car and have her bills in my name and a joint bank account. Am I even obligated at this point?
