I have noticed before and went to my doctor about this. I have been having the most foul smelling bowel?

movements. They are full of bile and do not look like a normal bowel movement. My doctor has done stool studies and it always come back normal. When I have them, I cramp real bad. Today, I had normal stools and no cramping.I need some opinions. I have considered it being irritable bowel syndrome.
