How do creditors find out which bank account to garnish?

I've not recieved a summons, but have recieved phone calls from a creditor that my ex is supposed to pay as a divorce court order. I have no info as to where they can find him, except a PO Box. He listed me as co-applicant on a line of credit years ago.
