Does anyone know how to garnish with mangoes?

i am planning to keep a dinner party next week and since its summer and mangoes are in season am trying to make a mango pudding....but i wanna garnish them with mangoes..i can only find mango carving...i want to make roses of mangoes and something like that...please can anyone guide me...
